My Version Of The American Dream

“The American Dream – I Have an Idea, Get Out of My Way”

What distinguishes highly successful people is their ability to capitalize on the right opportunity when it presents itself. Are you ready for that? Are you tired of everyone wanting your hard earned money for his or her latest greatest "so-called" business opportunity? Independent business owner or franchise, we have seen the results of both.

It really makes no difference if you just graduated school or if you are a little older and you want to tap into your home equity or your retirement plan, the risks are still there. The fact of going it alone or even with a friend or family member the risks are still there.
Wherever you are in life, you have acquired experience, put a value on that. Don’t look to open an ice cream stand or a transmission shop unless that is your background. Life is like a plant, you plant a seed, you fertilize and develop what you have planted and you help it grow.
Our opportunity is unique; we accept and understand that it takes a TEAM to win a game and to build a business. Individuals should do what they do best, whatever that may be. The time you have invested in developing your current career and the knowledge you have gathered can now be reinvested in your future. No, we are not offering this out of the goodness of our heart, we want to build a very large and successful business and we realize what it takes and maybe you are the piece to the foundation that we are looking for. Unlike the normal business opportunity offering, your check does not qualify you for the opportunity, your personality, your desire and your resume is what will open the gate to opportunity. Our company is very unique and in a very crucial stage where egos must be checked at the door. We are searching for special individuals, not everyone will or can qualify. Yes, we are offering ownership in what potentially can be a billion dollar company.

What are we looking for, a few simple qualifications:

Commitment: The commitment to put in a full week of effort to help take this business to a very solid and profitable business in a reasonable period of time. This is a 40 to 50 hour week commitment; this is not a part time job.

Input: We understand and believe as our name states that TEAM is the key. The participants we are searching out are not just followers, yes they can follow a plan, but they can and will give input to our business. They will speak up, they understand that in life we don’t all get our way, but there must be a consensus of opinions.

Goals: The individual must have goals and plans for the future, we are not looking for individuals that sit back and watch things happen and then complain about the results.
Ability: This is the most important yet the most flexible of all of our qualifications. Management believes that previous ability may have not been exposed due to the previous work assignments or to the age of the individual. This does not mean the individual can’t do a particular job, it just may be they did not have the opportunity. What we are saying is your resume does count, but it is your ability to sell yourself and present the ability you have and for the opportunity you want, not just the job that is available.
Remember, this is not a JOB, this is the opportunity for you to achieve the position in life you have dreamed about.
